We’ve had a good week. Fiancé been away this week working and this is always a trigger point. After the last time away and his three day gambling spree I was clear of what was going to happen. Hotel paid in advance, full tank petrol, no card, limited cash and phone tracker always on. All rules followed and no gambling. Had a good chat after he came home and he agreed he feels so much better for not gambling, not having to lye and getting some sleep when away. Me one gambling zero this week. Determined to keep this up.
