my partner has had a gambling problem for years I’ve forgiven so many times .. we have a daughter who I recently found out he left her in a car to go into a bookies she told me she was crying and was scared this was not a particular safe area where we live with being a few gun raids to the local shops recently ! He owns our home solely and has me to leave he had racked up debts every where ! I have been to my local council who have instructed that I go to see a solicitor to find out my rights in regards to staying in our home he is vile to me when he’s gambling calling me fat a tramp and I do nothing I woke 36+ hours at work on night shifts I know he’ll come crawling back in a. Few days full of sorrow but I’m really at the end of the road with it all now .. and I know he will eventually make my life difficult .. what can I do I’m tired and now it’s effecting my daughter !! And now he’s going to make us lose our home and all our stuff he says he’ll leave me with nothing !

i wouldn't have wanted to be in a relationship with me when i was out of control.
