They are essentially gambling advertisments, and they are fake. The Youtubers who post videos of their massive wins, are PAID by the gambling sites to produce such contents. It's NOT their money that they lose/win. For all we know they are given a gambling allowance to play on the site.

You are absolutely right. Slot guys who bag high wins on online slots that "NEVER" give the normal gambler a thing. It is fake news and should be banned but will it help? Better that people are aware that things are not what they look like online. Believing those types of influences is poison nothing more.

YES THEY SHOULD!!

Its a false representation just like the television advertising. All it will do is tempt people or fuel their addiction. The comments are all addicts together cheering each other on. If you want to see pure delusion you see it all there written down...gamblers banter on a page.

The reality or thoughtful comments are shouted down or removed.

When I was watching them I was actually looking for some justification that my behaviour was normal.  I wanted to see the payouts to reinforce my addicted delusions that they werent all a bad thing and it was all going to come right...well if they are winning it cant be all bad!!

I was infact trying to justify my addiction or my illness. I was still getting a fix and it did lead to relapses

We dont know how they are funded or whether they are just working their way down through a large inheritance.

The slots are not an income scheme. Theres no clever plan of patience or understanding. The odds are long even for the smallest amounts. Its just a cold random number generator but the spinning reels are fix or trance inducers.

The machine does not owe you one. It doesnt remember you were in yesterday. It hasnt given you a breather for a week and is going to be kind now...its not programmed to cut you a break or pay back all your losses. The odds are horrendous and its the devious way they are programmed with a false sense of activity and to wind you up...Really getting back less than the stake with a winning sound should be illegal etc etc

We should write to youtube and the ASA. I see a day when it will no longer be acceptable. Tragically that day seems a long way off.

Best wishes to everyone on the forum

Sadly, I am subscribed to all those gambling Youtubers. I won't name names but they are all over the sites. They are being dishonest in presenting their wins only and not making it clear that they are getting MONEY from the views they get.
