GamCare is the leading provider of information, advice, support and free counselling for the prevention and treatment of problem gambling. We provide the Freephone National Gambling Helpline as well as live chat with advisers through 'NetLine'. We also host an online forum, daily chatrooms, and provide free face-to-face counselling for anyone experiencing difficulty through their own gambling or that of a family member.

HelpLine and NetLine Services

GamCare operates the National Gambling HelpLine and remains the first port of call for anyone experiencing problems with gambling. We take pride in being the leading provider of specialist support, offering a fully staffed HelpLine seven days a week. Our fully-trained advisers provide confidential advice, information and support to anyone experiencing a gambling problem, as well as to affected others. Using the latest technology, GamCare advisers take calls over the phone as well as through a secure chat system – all integrated and managed for the highest quality service. OUr service is confidential and is available 8am - Midnight, seven days a week.

Counselling Services

Face-to-face counselling is provided for clients who need sustained support to deal with a gambling problem, as well as family members who need support. We provide an efficient, high-quality service through our counselling team in London and across Great Britain through our network of Partners, who are also trained by our experienced clinical training team.
