Who is this training for?
GamCare Social Responsibility Training is to assist those who work in the Betting and Gaming Industry to gain a better knowledge and understanding of Social Responsibility and to raise awareness of problem gambling and support available.
This one day training course gives your staff an in-sight into the understanding of problem gamblers and what sort of help your staff should be expected to offer. The issues behind problem gambling can be very complex requiring skilled, in-depth treatment, the first real step is for the customer to admit to the problem.
The programme is a power point presentation, enhanced by genuine case studies and facilitated by a GamCare trainer experienced in both industry and clinical training and development. The training agenda is lively, interactive event, participation and feedback are highly encouraged.
Each attendee is awarded GamCare Social Responsibility Certificate of Attendance.
