Who is this training for?
GamCare Social Responsibility Training and Interaction training is designed to assist Betting and Gaming Managers to enhance their expertise when interacting with customers who may have an issue with their level of gambling.
Customer problem gambling is a complex and multi-dimensional activity that is not always easily identifiable in the context of the online and land-based environment.
Through theory, video and discussions Managers will have the opportunity to extend their understanding about signs that can indicate whether a customer has a gambling issue, how to identify those signs and how to have effective conversations and interactions in the context of the diversity of customer incidents that Managers encounter and respond to.
Each attendee is awarded GamCare Social Responsibility Certificate of Attendance
