Online support
GamCare provides a range of online support services, from our confidential NetLine, through to peer-to-peer services including our Forum and Chat/Support room.
The NetLine allows you to talk live online to one of our trained Advisors who can offer counselling support, information and advice. The NetLine is currently available only to those within the UK, between 10am and 7pm Monday to Friday whilst all other online services are available without restriction, to anyone affected by a gambling problem. Please note that the NetLine does not currently open on public holidays.
The Forum and Chat/Support room are moderated areas where you can discuss, ask questions and offer advice. GamCare Advisors frequently visit the Forum and moderate each Chat session to answer questions and give advice and ensure a safe environment.
The Forum is available 24/7 and the Chat/Support room is open during the following (UK) times:
Monday 2-3pm & 8-9pm Tuesday 5-6pm & 8-9pm Wednesday 11am-12pm & 4-5pm Thursday 11am-12pm & 8-9pm Friday 11am-12pm Sunday 8-9pm
