Responsible for overall management of GamCare Trade Services. Also maintains strategic management responsibility for GamCare's online services.

Teresa Tunstall

Lead responsibility for the delivery of training and auditing services to the terrestrial gambling industry. Also retains responsibility for the development of GamCare News and industry publications.

Online Services Manager
Responsible for operational and business management of GamCare online services and provides temporary support for the GamCare HelpLine.

Counsellor and Training Officer
Manages a caseload of clients within the one-to-one counselling team and assists in the training and supervision of counselling staff.
Dene Wittenbaker
Counsellor and Development Officer
Responsible for raising awareness of and promoting GamCare services with outside agencies and building partnerships. Also manages a caseload of clients within the one-to-one counselling team and delivers group therapy sessions.

Online Counsellor
Manges a case load of clients within the one-to-one counselling team and responsible for scheduling online counselling appointments. She also has responsibility for providing Supervision.

Helpline Advisor/Administrator
Janet works on the helpline, sends out the information packs and generally helps keep the helpline running smoothly. She also has responsibility for scheduling counselling assessments.
