GamCare, Britain’s leading authority on the provision of information, training, consultancy and treatment for gambling related harm, seeks a high calibre project manager to plan and implement:

 

  1. The launch and evaluation of a new national freephone number from 1st April 2012.
  2. Accreditation with The Helplines Association and developing measures to ensure compliance with accreditation conditions. 
  3. Operational integration of online and telephone helplines following their technical integration. 
  4. Implementation of service improvements as identified during a recent major service evaluation.
