Player Protection refers to the efforts made by the responsible gambling industry to minimise the potential for harm to its customers through gambling.
GamCare supports a range of initiatives to develop and implement best practice, including the provision of training to staff within gambling companies to understand and appropriately respond to those people in difficulty.
The GamCare Certification Kitemark is awarded to both remote and terrestrial gambling companies that have successfully implemented robust policy and practice relevant to their platform or gambling service. If you choose to gamble, GamCare recommends that you do so only with a gambling service with a clear responsible gambling policy and programme.
