Player Protection

Training, advice and GamCare Certification for the gambling industry

If you are a member of the gambling industry looking for information relating to our player protection training and certification services, further information is available on the GamCare Trade Services website. If you are in the gambling industry and want our leaflets and posters, or to use the GamCare logo to link through our site and help problem gamblers, contact Adriano Cian.

The GamCare Certification logo can only be used by those companies who have satisfied us with regard to their player protection measures. Player Protection refers to the efforts made by the responsible gambling industry to minimise the potential for harm to its customers through gambling.

GamCare supports a range of initiatives to develop and implement best practice, including the provision of training to staff within gambling companies to understand and appropriately respond to those people in difficulty.

The GamCare Certification Kitemark is awarded to both remote and land-based gambling companies that have successfully implemented robust policy and practice relevant to their platform or gambling service. If you choose to gamble, GamCare recommends that you do so only with a gambling service with a clear responsible gambling policy and programme.
