In 2010 GamCare ran a pilot to extend HelpLine and NetLine opening hours from Midnight until 2am, seven days a week. Our evaluation of the pilot showed that there was little demand for either service at these times. As a result, we have decided that our new opening hours for HelpLine and NetLine will now be 8am to Midnight, seven days a week from 1 May 2011, allowing us to dedicate our resources to providing a more effective service during our busier periods of the day.
What will it cost?
Calls from BT landlines cost 3.95p per minute daytime, 1p per minute at all other times, plus a set-up fee which can vary from 3p to 9.9p depending on your call package.
