From the beginning of April, anyone needing help will be able to call GamCare free on a new number – 0808 8020 133. This new initiative is part of GamCare's three year funding deal with the Responsible Gambling Trust (previously the GREaT Foundation) |

Responsible Gaming Managers in the remote sector can now share ideas and develop thinking collaboratively in this rapidly changing arena, thanks to PlayRight, a new online Social Responsibility forum developed and managed by GamCare in partnership with the University of Salford. |

After the presentation of the Certificate at ICE Totally Gaming, Teresa Tunstall asked Steve Samuels, General Manager at Joe Jennings Bookmakers, to explain why they make sure they receive GamCare’s accreditation year on year. | ||
| Connecting with young people online | |||

Working with experts in education and social media, GamCare is designing and developing a new website dedicated to young people aged 12-18. It will offer information about responsible gambling and provide advice and support to those who need help. |

| GamCare Conference 2011 | |||

On the 3rd November 2011, GamCare held its 14th Annual Conference at the Institution of Engineering and Technology. The theme of the conference was 'Extending Partnerships', focussing on how GamCare forms lasting working partnerships with various organisations. | ||
| GamCare at ICE and EAG Exhibitions 2012 | |||

In January, GamCare exhibited at the 2012 ICE Totally Gaming exhibition at Earls Court and the EAG International Expo at the Excel Centre. GamCare ran two stands at ICE this year, with one stand dedicated to demonstrating GamCare ExTra, the online social responsibility training package. | ||
