About NORCAS
NORCAS are an open access drug and alcohol charity operating from teams based throughout Norfolk and Suffolk. NORCAS have undertaken training from GamCare to enable them to provide counselling to people suffering through problem gambling.
NORCAS provide a range of services across Norfolk and Suffolk. The Norfolk services operate from a base in Norwich as well as GP surgeries, and health centres in various areas including Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The Suffolk services are offered locally in the Ipswich and Lowestoft areas.

As well as offering counselling to those people suffering through problem gambling NORCAS provide the following services.
- Alcohol and substance misuse / addiction treatment (Norfolk and Suffolk)
- Homeless services (Norwich)
- Drug and alchol advice service, needle exchange, counselling (Great Yarmouth)
