GamCare Survey - Player Protection

GamCare is reviewing our Certification process and wants to hear from people who have experienced problem gambling.

GamCare Certification is a quality mark awarded to gambling businesses who implement the highest standards of social responsibility, as defined in our Code of Practice and above or beyond what is required by law. GamCare aims to help minimise the risk of increased problem gambling through player protection, and Certification can help demonstrate a gambling operator’s commitment to responsible gaming.

We are reviewing our current Certification process to ensure that the latest developments in player protection are included, and GamCare would like to hear the views of those affected by compulsive/problem gambling, including our service users, as part of this review.

A short online survey is available for those who have experienced problem gambling to complete. These questions are designed to find out about the tools and interventions which people feel are genuinely helpful in helping to minimise gambling-related harm.

This survey will be available until Monday 15th January and can be accessed here.
