Assissa AB will be running a Summer school this year focussing on the prevention and treatment of gambling problems.
Trainers will include:
Jeffrey Derevensky (Prevention) and Paul Cromerty and Barry Tolchard (Treatment)
The aim of the Summerschool is to increase the dialogue between all who are professionally involved in prevention and treatment of problem gambling and to improve the skills of those who are.
The education of (financial) counselors, social workers, psychologists has not always been a priority for the service and treatment organizations. Assissa AB want to break with this tradition.
The language for the Summerschool will be English.
