Problem gamblers aged 14-24 invited to take part in Nottingham Trent research
20 January 2010
Jane Rigbye would like to recruit young people aged between 14 and 24 to take part in NTU’s research, which will involve participating in an interview lasting around 45 minutes (either over the phone or in person) and completing a short computer based task.
The subject of Jane's research at Nottingham Trent University is ‘Young problem gamblers and barriers to treatment access’. The aim of the study is to gain a better understanding of why young people may sometimes find it difficult to access treatment for a gambling problem. All responses will be treated with complete confidentiality and only the research interviewer will know who took part.
