Telephone Helpline Manager
Gambling is expanding considerably in the UK. This key position within the charity would be based at GamCare’s London offices and manage GamCare’s national helpline providing counselling and support to problem gamblers and their families. Considerable helpline experience needed. Understanding of gambling or addiction issues desirable.
