Thank you Velvet and 4D for your kind comments. Delighted you're keeping GF... its all that matters. Everything gets better simply by being GF!

Christer, I'm delighted you're enjoying your break in Wales. 2p pushers don't count, they're a bit of fun!

I'm in Jersey right now on a short break too. Not too expensive, and my little boy is having a lovely time - all gambling free. He is getting 100% attention from his old man - priceless.

Rollcall later - this evening; when I'm back home!!!!

family time u can't beat it especially as ur not checking results and getting stressed like I used to

** GURU CHALLENGE -  10th WEEKLY ROLLCALL!  ***

It's Sunday 29th October – welcome back everyone.

I don’t know about you but the extra hour in bed hasn’t done anything for me, so as tired as ever. Possibly because my little boy woke me up at 5am this morning, instead of 6am. When he says “Wakey Wakey!” that’s the end of it. So no extra hour in bed – but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

And being gambling-free I realise the importance of life and little things such as this; the importance of others, even more so now. And I’m sure I speak for all of us. Let’s remember, and never forget, we don’t have to gamble. We know it’s bad for us. I know I repeat this message, but it’s true, and it’s important we all realise it. Never mind we’re all bad at gambling – no dissenters there…! – it’s a waste of time, too.

Talking of time. When I was younger, say 20, I thought I’d live forever. A yawning long life stretching out ahead of me… and then I was 30. Ah. Nearly ‘half way’ to the traditional ‘score and ten’ (70). And then 40 – “life begins”. Well, over half-way through, actually, so I increased my likely life expectancy to 80 to make me feel better. Now I’m 48, nearly 50 – and acutely aware of the passage of time and realizing I don’t want to spend what’s left (who knows what’s round the corner – a runaway No. 37 bus…?) gambling it away, my family and friends, disadvantaged by a more miserable, skint, guilty, skulking ‘me’. Never mind giving myself a life of misery…

Whatever our age, now’s a very good time to stop…take it from me and many other slightly-older (!) fellow abstainers here (including Abstainer himself, of course, a most enjoyable and thoughtful diary there if you haven’t read it). In fact, now’s the best time, the only time, to stop. We are all recovering compulsive gamblers and always will be. Let’s have the maturity, the sense, the consideration, the respect for ourselves and others, to stop. Forever.

Does it take willpower? Yes and No. Not if you realise that choosing between misery and a much better life isn’t really a choice. Willpower’s not necessary, because you can relax you’re living the right life. You don’t have to gamble and, every day, just remind yourself. Stress-free! Thinking about gambling? Then do so – don’t hide the thoughts - but feel elated, happy that you’re not doing this pathetic waste of time and money any more.  Would you have won that bet you’d otherwise have put on today? Probably. But two out of three times you’d have lost. Who’s the winner? YOU!

Remember ... this is all in our HEADS.

On with the Challenge. Which of the three ‘Rs’ are you this week? Let’s find out…

  • Are you RESTED? Have you disappeared from the forums for a few weeks; if so, you are taken off the Challenge. We wish you luck!
  • Are you RELAPSING? It happens, but you’ve been honest enough to admit it. Make sure you’re putting in place extra steps right now … else it will happen again and you’ll get nowhere
  • Or are you ROCKING? Still gambling free? Superb… keep living the life you should; not misery!

WELCOME BACK!

Moorey631986 – It’s always great when one of our fellow Challengers returns and it’s a delight to have you back in the fold Moorey. On Day 7, you’re ready to give this some real welly and let’s see you live that gambling free life. Let’s see you hit Striver- nothing less will do; you know that. (By the way, you asked where I stayed in Jersey this weekend – St Saviour, just outside the capital St. Helier. Like you, I love Jersey and visit regularly. Last time stayed in St Ouen, on the quieter west side. How about you, what's your favourite place on this lovely island?)

ROLLCALL OF HONOUR!

Changemylife – 366 days – Hearty congratulations from all of us for hitting 1 year gambling free! It’s tremendous, that – dealing with whatever a rolling four seasons has thrown at you! You are rightly aware of hitting milestones and the ‘pressure’ of it all, but I know you’re ready for it. And your song choice is an excellent one to make the occasion – ‘Dear Life’ by Beck.

Adam808 – 33 days – You’ve hit STRIVER – the most important milestone – and that is terrific! A whole month, including a payday, safely navigated. Something to build on and we all wish you our very best wishes.

Xenedra – 32 days – Another new STRIVER! This is fantastic and after a bumpy start to the Challenge – hey, we’ve all been there! – you’ve come back fighting. You care, and it shows. Congratulations!

NEW CHALLENGERS!

A warm welcome to Mayfair Ave – here’s to your every success on this Challenge.

STATS FOR NERDS: We have 2 GURUs, 5 ELDERs, 11 STRIVERs and 12 NEWBIEs on the Challenge – 30 in total

Our GURUs

Phil72 – 628 days – ROCKING! Those Stepchange payments soon almost paid off; but I know you’re prepared for when it is, Phil.

Changemylife – 366 days – ROCKING! Not content with a year GF, you’ve hit a leap year for good measure J

ELDERs

Degenerate – 215 days – ROCKING! Understandably wanting to quickly build on this total but it’s totally healthy to want more of this … it’s a better life, after all, even if it doesn’t seem like it at times.

HowDidIGetToThis – 189 days – ROCKING! Not content with last week’s half year, another fantastic milestone homes into view…

Abstainer –  171 days – ROCKING! My favourite diary and you are heading towards the half-year, Stephen, one day at a time, as always!

ItMatters – 149 days – ROCKING! As you say: “When life gives you lemons, drink lemonade”. Yup, we must always roll with the punches. We can duck (and dive!) better gambling free.

Sars27 – 149 days -  ROCKING! And heading towards half a guru status. As Queen sang: “Don’t stop me now!” and I reckon that sentiment speaks for you, Sars, my man!!

STRIVERs

RubyBaby –  93 days  ROCKING! Whisper it but you’re storining it Rubybaby. So looking forward to next week. Meantime, one determined day at a time…

Christer1 68 days – ROCKING! Thank you Christer, I enjoy my break. Also enjoying seeing you chalking up a solid total here. Keep it going, my friend.

Mixer – 79 days – ROCKING! No choice is it –misery or life?

Raj – 71 days – ROCKING! You’ve been quiet for a spell…. I hope everything’s Ok, Raj!

Amt722 – 73 – ROCKING! It’s been 3 weeks Amt722, gonna have to rest you next week if you’re still off the radar. I know you’re reading this. If you have fallen off, then don’t worry … we understand and have all been there. It’s how we respond, right. So, do let us know. We’re all with you mate. Gambling is a cowsun.

Antics – 70 ROCKING! Gulp. You’ve gone quiet too Antics… likewise, do let us know you’re Ok. We’re on your side, and if you’ve slipped, do tell us. We are more than ready to gee you up again. No judgement, we have all been there. We all support each other.

Chartom3 – 63 – ROCKING! Excellent “score on the doors” Chartom. Really pleased you enjoyed your break just gone. Doing what matters, with who matters.

4D – 53 – ROCKING! Hitting the big-50 is fantastic 4D, you’ve come back fighting alright! Keep it going J !

Athena1991 - 52 – ROCKING! Haven’t heard from my partner-in-crime on this Challnege for a while, but hope you’re Ok Athena, do keep in touch gal!

Adam808 – 33 days – ROCKING! Our latest striver and also assisting others here on the Gamcare forums – great karma!

Xenedra – 32 days – ROCKING! You’ve recognized that payday is just another day when gambling free – doing fantastic!

NEWBIES

Geo29 days – ROCKING! One day from the most important milestone of all in my opinion – Striver, 30 days proving a month of being gambling free is more than possible.

Boxingdayfresh28 days – ROCKING! I did enjoy my break thank you BDF – and you’re looking good for a key milestone I note; let’s see you smash through it this week.

Tooshie - 28 days – ROCKING! – You’ve gone quiet Tooshie, do let us know how it’s going. We with you here – we’re a team.

Mitch91 - 28 days - ROCKING! – Haven’t heard from you for a short while Mitch – do get it touch if you feel you are able. We don’t bite (promise!)

Paulll - 25 days - ROCKING! Enjoying your posts Paulll. Don’t worry if you have a circle of friends who gamble or drink. Just let them know you’re off the gambling. True friends understand. And they’ll respect you for your honesty and conviction.

Wallyweird21 days – ROCKING! - Having good, solid, ‘blockers’ really helps and taking your cash out of your sight really helps – I do the same. Take away the cash element and gambling’s impossible.

Velvet719 days – ROCKING! - Doing great and helping others on Gamcare helps you understand more about this insidious addiction too. This is all about changing our mindsets. Doing great!

Helpless  (Previously ‘Next Steps’)  - 13 days – ROCKING! Good stuff, Helpless. Remember, the better the practical measures you put into place, the better your chance of success.

Slotfool - 11 days – ROCKING! – You’ve given a great deal of thought to your recent relapse and you’ll be a lot wiser this time round. Which is what it’s all about; getting to the point where you simply don’t need to bother with this destructive habit any more.

Mayfair Ave – 7 days – ROCKING! - Our newbie; let’s see what you’re made of!

Ineffable - 2 days too - RELAPSED – I know you’re finding it tough Ineffable; it’s all about the strategy. Let’s get your mindset and strategy back in place. Let’s get you to Striver.

RESTING

No-one rested this week (again) – however, we may lose half a dozen or so of our Challenge members next week if I don’t hear anything. It’s always sad to see anyone go :(

It seems like we’re mostly ROCKING, although experience tells me – and all of us – that some of us "going quiet" might mean we lose a few of us next week. Let’s hope it doesn’t happen … because anyone relapsing, admitting it, and trying again deserves our respect – especially if extra measures are put into place that prove a determined intent to succeed – and live a better life!

Take care everyone; enjoy a few spooky days ahead and let any fireworks be celebratory GF ones!

P.S. Don't forget the Christmas Challenge - highly recommended. Just check in every week!

Let’s keep strong; keep sharing and keep strong!

Thanks for the update Mixer. Those who haven't been on here for a while - I do hope to see many of you return. I spent several months trying to get into the right mindset this year for quitting. It is difficult, but in my experience I've done much better when I've kept close to this site. This Guru Challenge is by far the best challenge I've been in. I cannot believe how much time and effort you place into knowing everyone's situation and not only their days gamble free but also a little more about each of our personal journeys. Sincerely a hats off to you Mixer. Despite you having been away and had a lovely short break you've still found the time and put the effort into updating everyone in so much detail. This is admirable and a big thank you !

I'm excited to be only two days away from my first mini goal and it's a lovely feeling to be getting past NEWBIE status and onto STRIVER. I feel motivated to keep on with this now and looking forward to the Christmas Challenge which officially starts this week.

Best wishes to you all for the week ahead.

Excellent as ever Mixer! :)

A thoroughly enjoyable read.

We stay in the capital, St Helier.

We go for two weeks every year so we tend to get about all over the island during that time.

I do love the capital and St Brelade. Both lovely places.

Striving for that Striver’s status.

Feeling determined to succeed. I’m enjoying the peaceful mind of not having gambling in my life.

Lying here on my sofa on a Sunday night, totally chilled and not stressing about whether my bets/numbers come in.

It’s a much heathier life.

Missed the Sunday roll call three weeks now, apologies for that, still abstaining and lost complete interest in gambling. 73 days ago I finally after 7 plus years admitted defeat. The losses became crippling and still are. Year's of repaying debt to look forward to but a reminder of a past life that caused such misery. I won't be going back there.

Christer ... you've been honest. It's tough, this; it isn't easy. Don't disappear; please continue to be part of the Challenge. Come back stronger, that's the point! Please, post again, let's identify what went wrong, the weak spot that caught you and do something about it. Pause a repeat of the gambling; let's try to sort this Ok.

I'll tell you what. I've 'rested' from the Chatroom but happy to chat to you on there say, tomorrow. What do you say?

We look after each other Christer. It's NOT easy. But we keep going Ok :)

Checking in on day 30 - STRIVER. Pleased to get this far. This is possibly the longest I've abstained for over six months. It does take some doing and strength. It also takes strength to come back and restart days counters when we do have a slip. Keep at it antics and Christer.

Hi Antics; I feared the worst and this is what happens with payday, temptation and insufficient blockers. But you're not the first and won't be the last. I've been there. Back in the saddle; consider why you were weak and take action. Always come back stronger (if, sadly, a little poorer). Good move getting betfilter ... now ask; what more can you do...?

BoxingDayFresh - excellent! Striver status reached. You have stamped your determination and intent. Make sure you revise and add to your blockers and other measures to really make a go if this. Delighted for you, as you renew your determination up the foothills to the next target, Elder! Always one day at a time, and making the most of every day, too.

Ineffable - a very good move. Sometimes it is the only way. I don't have access to any funds either; I have pocket money daily (quick check in pocket - just under £6). Even on my Day 82, would I trust myself with a card? No. So I do what works. You may have to hand your finances over permanently, Ineffable. I've accepted this, and it's liberating in a way, and 'feel good', because my loved ones don't have to pay the price, not just financially, but having such a miserable g*t around any more. (I say "such" because I'm still a miserable g*t, but not a 'bear with a sore head' g*t with a gambling problem to worry about :) )

Christer1 - Day 2 and onwards. Make sure you have dealt with the weakness that led to the relapse. Ask yourself - if tempation should strike again could you deal with it...?

Thanks for the Rollcall mixer!

Happy to report all is good here and still GF! Just getting used to the normal gf life, and have just taken a better job with better salary and better prospects so I am feeling really positive at the moment. I am confronting my anxiety, which has really got bad through gambling every day and putting my body through hell. That is my next "obstacle"!

Although I havent posted recently, i do read through the chain regularly and it is great to see the activity!

Hope everyone is well and will try to check into chat soon!

Thanks Mixer. I'm here for the long haul. My finances can't withstand another period of gambling so that's that. With gambling, my future is bleak and without gambling I can see a much better future ... approx 2/3 years time where I could be much more financially stable. I'm paying back gambling debts of several hundred a month. I feel the effects of gambling every month and it's a huge regret. I know I can't turn back time or change the past. I can only make changes one day at a time and this will shape a much brighter future. Really determined this time. I will do it !

Athena - I'm delighted to hear you're on the 'straight and narrow' and enjoying life :)

Boxingday - I really enjoyed your post. Try not to regret - but always remember, There's an enjoyable life to live in this next 2-3 years; you'll appreciate the important things and find money is but one of many key components. Time, and spending much more quality time with others, is another.

Christer - consider blocking software that will save you trawling for more companies. Because the devil side of your brain WILL find another spending opportunity (straight after payday, of course). Always be alert my friend.

Moorey - Congratulations. You are never gambling again. One day at a time, of course, but why do it? What's the point? Time to enjoy life, right :)

Velvet - excellent; treating you and your loved ones for a guilt-free treat; wasn't that meal, and the bonding, worth it?

HowDidIGetToThis - I'm really sorry to hear you relpased and just hope it didn't cost you the earth; relapses can hurt tremendously. Straightaway, get back in the saddle. You've done it once, and can do it again. 193 days to beat. It's as simple as that. Also, take a close look at why you relapsed and put practical steps to stop a re-occurence. Kudos for your honesty; you know this is deadly serious, you know I'm deadly serious, so there's no room or time to mope - so straight back on the right path Ok :)

Adam808 - delighted with your progress, thank you for popping by and have a great weekend, my friend!

Paull - A pleasure; thank you for the kind words. You are now a Striver - the most important target to reach. Now, you're in the zone, PROVING you mean this and heading towards one of the best Christmases in recent times. Yep, let's - for once - look forward to Christmas. Even with limited funds, it's more than possible without the ball-and-chain of the ghost of gambling past. We're saving ourselves, and our loved ones can't get enough of it too! Have a great weekend Paulll.

SlotFool - thank you for your post and, you're right, this isn't easy and you did the right thing to post. I understand fragility - I've been there, I won't pretend I haven't. But remember the hurt, guilt, skint feeling and how others perceive this pathetic addiction. Rise above it: how you deal with this, and the steps you put in place, will define you as a person. How do you want to live this life? Also remember, gambling a mere ten hours a month can wipe your entire monthly income. Just do "something else" for those 10 hours! Being bored with money in your pocket is infintiely preferable than being bored and skint.... a month's a long time when you're skint. Keeping posting, SlotFool, and I'll always respond, every day. Keep strong, Ok, and remember: you don't HAVE to gamble, you know. You don't HAVE to choose misery. Choose the alternative, that is, life, and how life is meant to be lived. You know I'm speaking sense :)

** GURU CHALLENGE -  11th WEEKLY ROLLCALL!  ***

It's Sunday 5th November – time for our weekly rollcall!

Welcome to the latest Guru Challenge rollcall. It’s the dreaded post-payday one, when sadly some of us fall by the wayside. There’s usually (but not necessarily) a simple reason; sudden cash availability and a time and place to spend it. Unless you’ve got a system to break the cash/time/place triangle, you’re stuffed, unless you are extremely resolved and/or have that change of mindset that realizes gambling will send us to our doom. It’s not easy, I’ll never pretend for a moment it is, but that’s what we’re here for, right? To be gambling free and take pride in our achievements that not only give us a much better life, but our loved ones too.

I hope you’ve had a good week generally. Mine’s been mixed (‘bout right, for a Mixer!). I’ve had a ‘stay of execution’ with my impending pay-cut, won’t be for 2 and a half years now. That takes the heat off for a while. But on the flip side, I’ve got a couple of urgent x-rays first-thing tomorrow (doctor’s orders this afternoon), a sudden health issue that may or may not be serious. I’m philosophical (I know, easy to be ‘brave’ when you don’t know what it might be), but truly am. None of us are on this planet for very long in the scheme of things anyway and this reaffirms my belief that we have got to make the most of every minute and that includes not gambling our life/time/money away. It’s never too late to stop – but stop we must.

And finally, before we see how we’re all getting on, kudos to everyone on this Challenge! There is no hiding place, our progress, good or bad, is here for all to see, and there’s a spirit of honesty and determination. Sometimes we fail, but it’s all about getting up stronger for the next time, the last time. Remember, we are all in control of our destinies on this one, we don’t have to gamble, let’s never forget!

Anyway. On with the Challenge. There are no new members joining us this week, so we start with 30 hardy souls. Let’s see how we’re all getting on with the three R’s…

ROLLCALL OF HONOUR!

RubyBaby –  100 days  We have fireworks tonight and delighted that Rubybaby has hit the ton-up and promoted up the ranks to ELDER! You have written that new gambling urges have caught you by surprise, but you’ll be reassured to read this is normal. You can now relax, and, day by day, enjoy the ELDER lifestyle and join some very good company. Congratulations Rubybaby!

Sars27 – 156 days -  Is being half-way to GURU on the Rollcall of Honour? It sure is, and marvellous to see you passed through the milestone with ease Sars. Always respectful of what this is all about you’re living the life and that’s what we’re all doing this for. I doff my cap!

Geo36 days – ROCKING! You’ve hit STRIVER status – the most difficult step to reach. Reach this, you CAN reach the next level! We all congratulate you on this great milestone Geo!

Boxingdayfresh35 days – ROCKING! Yes, you did it, you hit STRIVER! And immediately noticing the cash benefits of doing so having hit a payday where you are not going to waste a single penny on nothing (which, in a nutshell, is what gambling is). Brilliant stuff!

Mitch91 - 35 days - ROCKING! – It’s not easy this Mitch but isn’t life better? It depends on how you look at it, I suppose, but would suggest those that know you would say so. You are now a STRIVER and we congratulate you. You want to better life, and we applaud you for that! Be glad you're not gambling - you're wealthier in so many more ways.

Paulll - 32 days - ROCKING! You are a STRIVER having hit the crucial 30-day mark! And remember, in respect of your last post, that you might have ‘won’ that bet you didn’t place the other day, but remember all those bets that didn’t come through. (So easy to remember the wins ...) And that’s the point … to guarantee a 100% payout, don’t bet. Well done Paulll.

Our GURUs

Phil72 – 635 days – ROCKING! Doing fantastic Phil, a stalwart on the Chatrooms listening and advising in equal measure; you’re a good chap.

Changemylife – 373 days – ROCKING! Likewise Changemylife, a generosity of spirit on the forums and so helpful to others.

ELDERs

Degenerate – 222 days – ROCKING! Hitting all the 2s, it’s fantastic to see you eating up those days, one at a time, and deservedly our lead ELDER!

Abstainer –  178 days – ROCKING! As you’ve said in your recent post, gambling is a mugs game. It is and the mindset ‘revelation’ that is standing you so well. Always one day at a time, of course!

ItMatters – 156 days – ROCKING! You are right to feel sorry for fellow gamblers in your acquaintance, some of whom would undoubtedly be compulsive and living a life of misery. These people were us until recently, after all. When they are ready to listen, we’ll be there for them.

Sars27 – 156 days -  ROCKING! Brilliant stuff Sars, the main man! J

RubyBaby –  100 days  ROCKING! Our latest ELDER joins great company.

STRIVERs

Mixer – 86 days – ROCKING! I’m personally pleased because my previous attempt was 84 days, and really needed to pass that milestone. One day at a time, with little to zero cash on me, I simply can’t gamble even if I wanted to, but there’s NO complacency: I review the positon every day.

Amt722 – 80 – ROCKING! Your posts are a great read, and, indeed – where does the time go? I’ll just say this – time flies when you’re having fun…!

Chartom3 – 70 – ROCKING! I hope you’re enjoying your holiday which not only benefits you but your loved ones too – if there’s just one reason not to gamble, there it is.

4D – 60 – ROCKING! Keeping going despite bad times at work (hey, know the feeling, 4D – some of my bosses are, how can I put this diplomatically… s**t !) but we must not ever resort to gambling which just makes things worse.

Athena1991 - 59 – ROCKING! Fantastic Athena, my partner-in-crime running this challenge. A solid total building up all the time. Just the tonic!

Adam808 – 40 days – ROCKING! Building on the Striver status acquired last week, great to see you marching on, one day at a time.

Xenedra – 39 days – ROCKING! -  I was soooooo worried that we hadn’t heard from you awhile, but you pulled a ‘rabbit out of the hat’ with a storming post describing not only that you’ve been paid but how your gambling-free life is turning your life around for the better, seismically! Brilliant to read Xenedra – keep it going J

Geo36 days – ROCKING! Your active participation of GA meetings proves your intent; if you put the hard work in, you get the result. Always day to day!

Boxingdayfresh35 days – ROCKING! Yes, this is good to see BDF; and heading towards a great Christmas (for once) with your solid day by day approach to this.

Mitch91 - 35 days - ROCKING! – Thanks for posting Mitch and it is very hard, this. But at moments of weakness, DON’T gamble, but post on here instead. We’ll put you right!

Paulll - 32 days - ROCKING! If you put in place a good strategy – like banning yourself from bookies – it ‘pays off’. I suggest you phone up and ban yourself from a few more – widen the net!

NEWBIES

Wallyweird28 days – ROCKING! – A very good move, as I touched upon last week, shifting financial control to a loved one. It has to be done sometimes – I do this myself. Don’t lapse it, especially in these early stages – you KNOW what will happen otherwise. You can’t kid a kidder!

Velvet726 days – ROCKING! – Wow, you’re active on the thread dispensing great advice; karma that will pay you back in spades. Keep going!

Helpless  (Previously ‘Next Steps’)  - 20 days – ROCKING! This is the right trajectory, really want you to hit Striver, Helpless. Then change your name J

Slotfool - 18 days – ROCKING! – You are right; you’ve got to be strong. If there is a chance you might gamble, then put steps to make sure you can’t. Like handing over financial control to a trusted friend or loved one. Leave yourself no excuses. If you can’t help yourself – then what can you do?

Moorey - 14 days - ROCKING! - You've GOT to hit STRIVER, Moorey. You simply MUST give you, and yours, a better Christams this year. Enough 'false dawns'. That's an order :)

Christer1 6 days – RELAPSED – Ok; you relapsed but were honest about why and have since put in place extra steps to help prevent a reoccurrence. We’re all with you as you set off again to the life you, deep down, know you have to live. Gambling is not an option. Onwards back to Striver!

Antics – 5 RELAPSED - Thank you for the update; it’s not easy having to start again but know it’s the only way to rebuild and rebuild stronger. Looking for a really good effort this time, Antics, you’ve done it before, let’s see you surpass it. But first, let’s get you Striving again.

HowDidIGetToThis – 3 days – RELAPSED – Kudos for your honesty HDIGTT; it’s a long sway down BUT you know you can’t do this again and admirably straight back on the straight and narrow. We are all rooting for you.

Ineffable - 0 days too - RELAPSED – You’re going through the mill Ineffable which is no fun whatsoever. Do contact Gamcare, post away, use Chatline, and trusted friends etc. because you know you’ve got to get out of this destructive cycle. It’s only one life – don’t waste it away. We’re here for support on this thread too!

RESTING

Raj – 78 days – RESTED – I have to rest you Raj; I hope things are going well for you. Keen to find out how you’re getting on my friend.

Tooshie - 28 days – RESTING – I have to rest you Tooshie. Do get back in touch if you’d like to rejoin us on the Challenge. We wish you well.

Mayfair Ave  – RESTINGHave to rest you, I’m sure you understand why. You’re welcome back anytime.

STATS FOR NERDS: We have ‘rested’ 3 members of the Challenge; that leaves us with 2 GURUs, 5 ELDERs, 11 STRIVERs and 9 NEWBIEs – so 27 in total.

Let’s keep strong; keep sharing and keep strong!

Mixer and Athena, your hosts for this challenge

Hey Mixer, could I please be re-instated to your rollcall? :)

I’m 14 days gamble free. Still fighting hard. I guess you’ve accidentally missed me off.

No worries buddy :)

Cracking rollcall as ever though.
