Hi gamcare admin. I don't think this alert button is working as there seems to be no response to posts that need looking at. People are asking for help and being ignored by gamcare. It's not members responsibility to advise these desperate members. If the few don't choose to respond there is ultimately no help or advice for these new members or returning members. This is a place where people ask for help. If they aren't answered where do they go?

pressed the Alert a moderator button.  Hope they reply to you soon merry go round.

Hi Merry go round and Triangle,

thank you very much for your feedback. I would like to assure you that we do look at every post that has been flagged ('Alert a moderator' clicked) but sometimes it takes a while for us to get to these. 

I would also like to say that your and your fellow Forum user's input and advice for first time posters and returning users is invaluable. Seeing as the Forum is a space for peer-to-peer support, us Forum admin don't always feel the need to repeat the excellent advice and support people have already offered. 

Having said all this, please keep alerting us if you feel some users need more attention, we very much appreciate your vigilance.
